Hello, my name is Augustinas Kairys, and I am an IT specialist with experience in web hosting technical support and customer assistance. I have worked extensively with web hosting control panels such as cPanel and DirectAdmin, assisting customers with managing their hosting environments and maintaining WordPress websites.

My experience includes troubleshooting websites and email issues, editing and configuring DNS records, managing billing and invoices through WHMCS, creating knowledgebase articles to help customers resolve common issues, and helping customers understand web hosting systems in a clear and practical way. I regularly worked with WordPress installations, resolving errors, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring websites run smoothly.

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed studies in full-stack programming, where I gained knowledge of modern web development technologies and software development practices. Although my professional work has mainly focused on IT support, I continue to improve my programming skills through personal projects.

From a young age, I have had a strong interest in computers and technology. Through personal experience, I learned how to build, repair, and maintain computers, including hardware upgrades, system installation, and troubleshooting technical issues. I have also gained programming experience through personal projects, including developing scripts and plugins for games such as Minecraft and GTA V. These projects involved working with Java and Lua. In GTA V development, I worked with web interfaces running on a Chromium-based environment, which involved HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
